CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES-MATTHEWS 28105

 Needing 3-4 customer service/inside sales representative with manufacturing experience. Would like at least 2 people that are Bilingual (Spanish and English). 
Will be responding for generating sales by contacting past and existing customers. Will also handle questions regarding service, products and account information from existing customers. Will need to be able to  analyze and address customer concerns using established procedures. Must be proficient in Word and Excel.
Position is temp to perm. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of inside sales experience - position requires heavy phone work.
Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

We are once again interested in placing an inside salesperson within our call center. As in the past, we are looking for the following IDEAL candidate:

1-5 years inside sales experience in a B2B environment

Seeking a commissioned sales position where they can “write their own check”

Confident - not afraid of cold calling and closing prospects. Goals 10+ new publications a week and 4+ non renewals a week.

Degree a plus in Business, Marketing, PR, Communications, Sociology, Psychology, Education

Call Center experience a plus

People person, high energy, aggressive nature, positive outlook

Clear diction, pleasant speaking voice

PAY IS 14.00 an hour

 

INSIDE OUTSIDE SALES REP- South of the Airport 28273

In need of t/p Inside sales support person. Ideally technically oriented, will be doing Quotes for Live Tooling and Right Angle heads. Can be Wood or Metal Industry background. Strong background in Machine Tool Industry preferred. Knowledge of any of these systems a plus: Inventory, Quickbooks or A/R and A/P, ACT.  Must have great customer service skills. Pay$12.00 and then after 6 month trial period salary around 28K. Hours 8am-5pm

 

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE- UPTOWN 28202

Position: Accounts Payable
Salary $30-$35K

Duties:
- Enter all invoices. (Ensure all invoices are properly coded and appropriate back up is attached)
- Run all necessary reports and obtain necessary approvals before printing checks
- Print checks and when necessary obtain all required signatures
- Obtain  W-9 forms and COIs when necessary
- Enter weekly broker commission ACH payments
- File all back up in vendor files. 
- File all documents to the development files
- File all JE's and Bank Recs
- Enter journal entries as required
- Prepare bi-weekly Revenue report
- Assist in preparation of annual POA/COA

 

ACCOUNTS RECEIVEABLE-INDIAN LAND-SC

Account clerk.
 8-5 m-f,  start immediately.  
Quickbooks, word excel and/or bookkeeping experience plus, but at least AR Experience.  This person will assist in entering checks, payroll, and other general accounting duties.  Business casual.  Some flexibility on salary, but probably 10-12 an hour pay range
